All Sensora pieces are made to order. Because each item is produced individually, please allow approximately 12 to 16 days for production and delivery. This timeframe may vary depending on order volume, production capacity, destination, and shipping conditions.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your order is not shipped immediately and requires a production period before dispatch.
Our Shipping Partners To ensure reliable global delivery, we work with the following carriers: DHL, PostNL, YunExpress, CNE Express, Yanwen Express, China Post
Tracking & Delivery Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking is available for all orders.
Sensora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Sensora is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered orders caused by incomplete or incorrect address details submitted by the customer.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
