Our Perfect Fit Guarantee Due to the bespoke nature of our work and international hygiene standards for intimate apparel, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your set doesn’t fit perfectly, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@sensora-lingerie.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Simply provide your order number and photos of the garment, and we will produce and ship a new replacement set for you, entirely at our expense.
