Everything you need before ordering

When will my order ship?

All Sensora pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 12 to 16 days for production and delivery.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

How do I choose the right size?

Please review our Size Guide before placing your order. If you’re unsure, contact us before purchasing and we’ll help guide you.

Fit Confidence Promise

If your piece was made according to the measurements you submitted and the fit is significantly off, we’ll arrange a complimentary replacement in the correct size.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each Sensora piece is made to order and intimate apparel requires special hygiene handling, we do not offer returns or standard exchanges.

However, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. If your order was made using the measurements you submitted and the fit is significantly off, our Fit Confidence Promise if the fit is significantly off, we’ll replace it in the correct size at no extra cost.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review it promptly and make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, shipping availability may vary depending on destination. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because production begins shortly after purchase, cancellations or changes cannot always be guaranteed. If you need help with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
