At Sensora, every piece is handcrafted to order based on your individual measurements. We strive for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase, and our policy is designed to resolve any issue in your favor.
Free Replacement & Perfect Fit Guarantee
If your garment does not fit properly, we are happy to review your case individually. If your claim is verified and supported by the necessary measurements or photos, we will produce a new set for you and ship it at no additional cost. We believe every woman deserves a perfect fit, and we take full responsibility for making it right.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item (different color or model), please contact us at support@sensora-lingerie.com within 72 hours of delivery. Your message must include:

Once the error is verified on our part, we will promptly produce and ship a replacement entirely at our expense or offer a full refund.
Hygiene Standards & Custom Craftsmanship
Because our products are handcrafted to your specific measurements and, in accordance with international sanitary standards, are classified as intimate apparel, they are not eligible for returns or direct exchanges once delivered. To ensure absolute safety and sterility for all our customers, we offer to create a brand-new set for you instead of accepting a return of the original item.
Order Cancellations
Production of your custom piece begins shortly after your order is placed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the cutting and sewing process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
